yup - the wide-set eyes, striking look, a sort of unearthly appeal...Gisele to me is more...sporty and tall, giraffe like.

Gisele has - ugh, how do you explain her? lol. She's just, well, unattainable. Her body, I mean. It's like she's almost too perfect, you know? I don't get that vibe from Kate Moss or Gemma. They have a more innocent, "i'm just a girl" kind of look thats attractive.

Gisele just seems like the type of girl that has to have attention and keep it, you know? Like a loud mouth? lol. Kate and Gemma look comfortable - like they know they captivate attention but don't have to rip their clothes off to attain it. I like that temperment much more. Party-girls but non-threatening. Does that make sense? Confusing. lol.

:P it makes sense. :)

Of course, in the terms of "I'm just a girl"...it's more like, "i'm just a girl with ethereal beauty" lol. :)

Please don't make comments like that, Poo.

And thankyou for posting that picture Tiffany, it's gorgeous!

I'll say what I like, even her best friends say it and they communicate with her the most so meh

Well her friends can say what they like, but they won't be saying things like that here at tFS :flower:

Would a friend really go around saying that she's anorexic? Wouldn't really be a friend to be spreading things around like that, IMHO.

Anyway, I still think she's lovely. :)

Calling someone an anoretic isn't an insult, just plain childish, in my opinion.

She has certainly slimmed down since hitting the international runways; it seems that girls with chubbier faces have slimmer bodies, Gemma Ward and Natalia Vodianova in particular...

It was my opinion and dont we live in a democracy, ever heard of freedom of speech. If you pretend that annorexica doesnt exist you are worsening the effects of it, speaking from personaly exp.
she is still the talk of the town at school, its exciting to see your peer doing so well but at what costs.

For Jil Sander

 @ the anorexia b/s. Girls her age, my age, weight fluctuates. She's still maturing/growing/etc. She may have lost weight, but she's far from emaciated.

I'm not working nearly as much as gemma, but just from being in nyc working pretty reguarly this summer, I dropped about 6-8 pounds (in about 6 weeks) from all the running around and irregular eating schedual. You have no idea how much time the girl has to sit and eat...in case you were wondering, its not that much. B)

You completely missed the point. She wasn't pretending that anorexia doesn't exist she was just politely asking you not to make accusations.

belowen is like one of the moderators...i would watch what you say around her/him!

Thanks for the Jil Sander ad, PinkAnik! She looks lovely, but I'm not entirely a fan of the ads in general...

Not keen on the Jil Sander advertisment - the collar on that shirt just doesn't look right on Gemma.

Agreed...it just reminds me of the cape like things you wear when you go get a haircut. LOL.

Gem was right, Poo - you did miss the point.

I was not pretending anything. I too have had to deal with anorexia issues in my life, you're unfortunately not alone there. If you think it would be rude of me to ignore something like that - how could you not see it being dangerous to accuse someone of having anorexia - without knowing for sure if it was true?

Freedom of speech does exist - but this is an open forum, and there are guidelines. You're free to discuss what you like - but please refrain from making what could be false accusations about a very delicate topic.
