EDIT #2: nick knight shoots gemma. this is even better. every image is post-produced/special effected making each photo a work of art & then some. this is at least as futuristic as the klein edit & poss moreso. knight is simply a better photog than klein is. gemma is a brilliant 'model'in every sense - she is a mannequin twisted & turned to the will & vision of the photographer, brilliantly so, & thats very true here. this is such a cool & arty edit- I wish w used knight more often & anyone who doubts that gemma is one of the 4 or so best models of this century will be shut up fast by this genius & artsy ediit. rating 9.5 of 10.
* knight speaks: we photographed gemma with 3 different cameras, one in front and two behind. through 3-D scanning we combined all three pictures to produce a 360 degree image." the images are then cast in materiels like bronze and and glass, creating digital sculptures. "we were able to transform a 2-D
photo into a 3-D object."
