stam, mostly because it's photoshopped and looks like the dress actually has a shape. but irl, it looks like a sack.

Gemma because she put a belt on it and made it slightly less rubbish :ninja: and ditched the beret

since Stam's is a cover, is it even in the league with the other two that are clearly candids?

01_ HOT SCREEN GEM

FUNNY HOW SOME OF THE WORLD'S most successful models have a tale to tell about how they were ‘discovered’, usually in a supermarket or a street, and with no real ambition to model in the first place.
Imagine if model scouts hadn’t randomly approached the likes of Kate Moss and Sophie Dahl. Just where would we be without the opportunity to ogle these icons?

Luminescent Australian beauty Gemma Ward was also approached by chance, discovered in 2002 while in the audience for TV show ‘Search For A Supermodel’. Signed by Vivien's Model Management in Australia and IMG in New York, Ward’s unusual, not-of-this-earth look took the world by storm.

Says Ward: “I came to watch my friends. I was sitting there in the crowd when the agent from Perth came over. I didn't even want to enter; it was a bit of chance. I was so shocked when I got my first job.”
With full brows above cat-like eyes, porcelain skin, a Lolita-like pout, and a face-shape that defies defining, her look suggests kewpie-doll but the overall package spells serious ker-ching. Dior and Prada are just two of the houses she plays muse for, and she’s carried the clothes of most international couturiers on catwalks.

On AskMen.com, British photographer Nick Wright rhapsodises, “Gemma is one of the very, very few models who look as though they come from another dimension.”

Now, Ward is establishing herself in the world of film, starring alongside Toni Collette in director Elissa Down’s ‘The Black Balloon’. Before you guffaw and harp on about the predictability of the ‘slashie’ (model-slash-actress-slash-singer), consider that Down gave Ward her first acting stint in her 2001 short ‘Pink Pyjamas’. In an article in Sydney metro newspaper The Daily Telegraph, the director said: “When I first saw Gemma all those years ago, at just 13, you could tell she was going to make it. She is a natural actor and so engaging. Some people wondered about having a model [in ‘The Black Balloon’] and now they’ve seen her work, they’re like ‘oh my god’. We had Gemma in mind when we started writing and then bless her cotton socks she went and got famous on us.”

Ward’s rumoured romance with actor Josh Hartnett (though publicists deny the romance) adds to her clout as a young up-and-comer in Tinseltown. She’s certainly capable of mixing it up with Hollywood unassisted, with George Clooney choosing her as his cover companion for Vanity Fair’s November 2006 issue. The recent release of Vogue India saw Ward grace its inaugural cover between two Bollywood actresses; and she appeared on the very first cover of Vogue China two years ago alongside four Chinese models. Ward’s heart of gold saw her recently return from a trip to Malawi, after which she pledged she would raise funds to help make poverty history in Africa.
It’s undeniable the camera adores Gemma Ward. From starring in John Mayer's music video for ‘Daughters’, to her countless covers and catwalk appearances, and now cutting her perfect teeth in the acting world, just try and stop this ambitious, gorgeous being.
