Glee

^ She's an Oscar winning actress, and arguably one of the biggest actresses in the world. I think it's pretty amazing they've got her in the show, for one episode is huge, and to have her for multiple episode is a massive coup! Is it actually her first guest staring role in something for TV...?

Looking forward to seeing what they do with her.

if she turns out to be another love interest for mr. shue i'm gonna scream

if you don't count the counseling on The Marriage Ref then yeah, it's her first appearance on a TV show. :flower:

i understand that people don't like her for that or that reason, but i think her acting talent is undeniable. each to his own i guess.:flower:

Glee was soo good tonight! I loved every song, but i especially loved the moment when that jock bully kissed kurt. everything about that and what kurt said to him before was just perfect. i'm so glad they showed that

^I wasn't expecting that to happen at all. I was very surprised. Normally, I'm pretty good at predicting what might happen in certain scenes.

little off topic, but i was just rewatching the first season of true blood and "Artie" was in it, totally unexpected:lol: (he's one of the coroners and you can see him in a leather outfit in Fangtasia:rofl:)

omg. i gotta look that up

he was also the Pizza Guy on the Office once.
Michael Scott held him hostage because no one liked the pizza from the place he ordered it from and he didnt wanna pay for it

I was SO not expecting that, so shocking, but it was a VERY good twist. I literally screamed when it happened, my dad actually came in and asked what was the matter lol

I was suspecting that there was a reason behind the jock picking on Kurt (while else would they have shown him doing this so many times in one episode. But I must say that that the happenings of the locker room took me by surprise.

i third that. my mouth literally went O when that happened. i liked Kurt's storyline in this episode, thought that "The Beast" storyline was bad bad bad.

The last episode was AH-MAZING! I loved the storyline involving Kurt and I think its great they are showing what high school can be like for gay teens. I cannot wait to see more of Blaine- I hope he and Kurt get together! Its so neat for A Very Potter Musical fan such as myself to see one of the actors from the youtube hit become a bon-a-fide t.v. star. Also cannot stop listening to his version of Teenage Dream, so much better then Katy Parry's.

i thought the ep was great overall and although i liked Kurt's storyline i'm sick of the poor-gay-kid-in-highschool thing. i mean i get it but it feels like every other episode is a mope-fest for Kurt and it's annoying. especially since we know nothing about the other kids' lives. last season i feel it was a little more diverse

and the "beast" storyline was so mean...it was sad, not needed and just disgusting, diddn't find it funny at all

i think Kurt's storyline is very pressing in America due to the recent suicides among gay teens in the country. It may seem repetitive and slightly boring among other countries, but in the US, it's very close to home. I think that's why then wanted to take this turn in glee to be honest. It's nice to see Glee take on a very important issue that is affecting everyone today because no other television show in America is doing it. (that I know of)

As far as the Beist storyline... it was pretty mean to be honest.. but.. i don't think it should have even escaladed to that level. the kids are allow to think what they want. Mr. Shue really shouldn't have stopped them because.. well.. they weren't "expressing hatred directly to her".. they were just.. doing it internally haha. idk. it was very unnecessary but I can see why they intertwined it with Kurt's storyline.

i can understand that america 'needs' a tv show to address the gay-teenager problem and i'm glad for it. the us(not everybody living in it of course) is very backwards in these things, but i wish they wouldn't leave out the other characters' lives completely.

Oh I agree. I think Glee needs to slow down with the guest stars because mainly.. the focus has been about them pretty much. But we are getting an episode dedicated to the younger versions of the glee kids! I have a picture of it but idk if it's considered a spoiler?

i am so glad they were finally nice to the 'beast' and they addressed kurts 'issues' as NOT being an issue finally.

i liked this ep.

loved sam ;) :p
