What Truce? 'Glee' Slams Lohan Again and Dina Is 'Hurt and Shocked'

gleelohan.jpg

EXCLUSIVE: Millions of 'Super Bowl'-watchers stuck to FOX last night to watch the blowout episode of 'Glee,' but no one was more surprised than Dina Lohan when guest star Katie Couric took a nasty swipe at her, calling the celeb mom and her dog losers.

"So much for the peace between the Lohan family and 'Glee,'" a family friend of Dina's told me after watching the episode.

If you need a refresher, the show just apologized for mocking Lindsay Lohan earlier this season. In the episode, Gwyneth Paltrow guest starred as a Spanish teacher and name-dropped the actress in a lesson, asking, "Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?"

"They are all a bunch of bullies," my source seethes. "Dina is hurt and shocked and hasn't done anything to deserve this constant teasing from this show."

For those who didn't see the episode, Sue Sylvester's competitive cheerleading stunt fails, and she is interviewed by Couric, thinking she was being named one of the "most fascinating people." Instead, she was part of a Barbara Walters-like segment being named "loser of the year."

Couric said that Sue beat out Dina and her fictional dog, Sparky Lohan, who Couric said was "also a loser." Ouch.

One person who agrees with 'Glee's' sentiments is [SURPRISE!] Lohan's ex-husband.

"As true as this might be, it is wrong," Michael Lohan tells me. "Dina deserves a lot worse of a title after all she has done to destroy the relationships with my kids and entire family."

Michael calls the people Dina surrounds herself with "the epitomes of losers."

I say enough is enough. Pick on someone your own size, 'Glee,' and you too, Katie!

i liked the Super Bowl episode, but they abandon storylines and the series lost the craziness. it used to be so fun to watch and now it feels like they're trying to get back to that but never get it right :(

I think the Super Bowl episode was all over the place because they were trying to appeal to an audience that don´t usually watch Glee, they didn´t get too specific on any story line
IA on the crazyness but imo in this episode they tried to get back to that, the cannon, Sue going berzerk, those were like the good old ridiculous scenes :D

About the Warblers, I don´t particularly like their songs, don´t care about Blaine and his storyline with Kurt. They have nice uniforms, that´s their only appeal to me

im glad im not alone..
i dont get all this hype and hoopla about Blaine
im actually enjoying the show more with less kurt in it to be honest.. :ermm:

I liked that episode! I'm so biased anyway  The scene where Sue gets crazy and throw everything around, with the dramatic music is the background was just soooo great  I just wish they'd give up on two things: 1. The whole Karofsky thing (I can't stand him) 2. The musical chairs when it comes to couples.

Loved The Warblers' "Bills, Bills, Bills"!

yeah the Karofsky thing is starting to get annoying.
we get it, hes a confused footballer

i think they took sue too far this episode.. i mean, shes a crazy character anyway, but really willing to practically kill a cheerleader ? i dont think she would have been that insane to be honest..

Apparently Cory is filming a indie movie somewhere like in Canada and the excuse they said for Dianna was that "only the cast members that could fit it into their schedules were required to attend''. Sounds a bit iffy to me.

well they only filmed this commercial last month so my guess is that dianna was busy promoting i am number four.

tonight's episode was really good! Santana is a genius! Although I am getting tired of all the love triangles and I wish they would show more of Tina and Artie and Mercedes. I feel so bad for Kurt! :(

I haven't watched tonight's episode, and by the looks of the spoilers I've seen I don't like where the love-triangle story lines are headed. Everything seem so random now.

:/

^ this episode was very random..
especially with 2 in particular characters..
i dont want to spoil anyone who havent seen it so ill leave it there

Just found out ep 12 was on. I so did not expect another ep this week.
I need my DL to go faster. I can't wait.

Glee Exclusive: Gwyneth Paltrow, Matthew Morrison to Cover Prince

You don’t have to be a Gleek to be turned on by this next scoop: When Gwyneth Paltrow returns to Glee on March 8, the show will be giving her the royal treatment — a Prince song to sing!

In the episode, the Oscar winner will team with leading man Matthew Morrison on a sexed-up version of the onetime glyph’s ’80s smash, “Kiss.” The duet represents a huge get for the Fox smash’s behind-the-scenes team, as His Highness very rarely licenses his music for television.

Storywise, Paltrow’s roving substitute, Holly Holiday, returns to McKinley High to fill in for the MIA sex ed teacher. Cue more flying sparks between her and Morrison’s Mr. Schuester, and presto, a purportedly too-hot-for-TV version of Prince’s classic is born. And what would a cover of “Kiss” be without a literal liplock? Rhetorical question, people. Yes, Holly and Will pucker up.

Just realized who might not be pumped about this news: Wemma fans. Hey, at least they’re not covering George Michael’s “I Want Your Sex.”

I loved tonight's episode. It was so nice and sincere... and the Kurt-Mercedes-Rachel sceen was the cutest thing ever. I love their friendship. But I still cannot stand Blaine, he's a joke.

Me too. I really enjoyed this ep more than the superbowl one. I laughed so much. I love Kurt/Mercedes/Rachel too. Santana giving everyone mono was hilarious. I love Lauren and Puck. She is awesome. Brittany and Santana's normal clothes were cute. Quinn's hair was so pretty. Fantastic song selection. This was a 9/10 for me.

Only one complaint was Tina having a ''breakdown'' during her song. That made her looks really pathetic.

I will admit that Blaine didn't annoy me as much in this ep. I'm happy for Kurt that he told him his feelings.

Next week - Glee Ep 02x13 - ''Comeback''

i liked this episode, only parts i skipped were Lauren and Puck and Santana, she's useless and boring, hate what they do to their character.

loved all the scenes between Kurt and Blaine, only thing worth watching atm. the whole Quinn-Rachel-Finn business is so stupid, i hate on-and-off relationships and all these stupid love triangles. at least Blaine's dude told him no, so i guess we won't have to suffer through another love-triangle:yuk:

I sure hope that Blaine and Kurt get together in the end- or else I will have watched this season for nothing! Also, I wonder if they kiss will the media will make it into a big deal- to have two gay people kissing on tv- I'm betting yes.

I liked this episode. I am so glad Mercedes, Rachel, and Kurt are good friends now. Such a good scene.

I'm glad Blaine got knocked back down to earth. It shows that he is human. And that song in the GAP was wayyy super awkward. What a creep! lol

YoninahALiza: it all depends. The media might make it a big deal since they are "young" and the show is in a high school setting. There have been gay people kissing on TV for a while now but who knows. I don't remember any backlash when Grey's Anatomy showed two male soldiers kissing. Who knows.

“I’ve had mono so many times it’s turned into stereo.”

I had to stop watching because I was laughing so hard after that
