you can hear the prerecorded "background voice and music" but they sang live on top that "tape" - hence the solo's - not to mention they probably got "autotuned" a bit during the post-production. i still don't get why they put Kevin McHale in the wheelchair during the live performances - i mean, i know they wanna keep it authentic, but still...

Chris was filming glee at the time - something with the wobblers, that's why he wasn't with them.

To me he is beyond charming, and has a great presence, love watching him sing. However im indifferent to Sam, just doesn't do much for me. To stiff, sings ok, but apart from the ab flashing i dont get it. And the Michael Jackson dance he tried in the last episode, during the dogs days are over? So embarrassing, i was like; honey, just no!

haha i noticed that too, i cringed at that. him and puck should stop trying to be dancers.

i doubt that the people singing the background in the x factor performance are really singing. i dont think thats even their voices on the track.it just sounds too choir-like

They performed as New Directions, and were introduced onto the stage by Sue & Mr Schuh like they were... so I imagine that's why. So they're were performing as their characters. Which would mean he would indeed have to be in his wheelchair. He was on the tour as well, right?

I love when Santana was singing Valerie and Chung and Brittany dance. That was so amazing!!!!

And i love how they didn't put Rachel in spotlight and everyone get a chance.

Rachel is honestly starting to getting in my nerves. She was fun for a little bit but now she is just annoying.
