I thought Ricky Gervais was pretty funny, especially with Kiefer Sutherland and Mel Gibson. I'm so happy that Drew Barrymore won as well as Michael C Hall, Dexter has been an amazing program and the last season was great. I was a bit surprised about Jeff Bridges but I have to say I'm very pleased that he did win. I was shocked that Kathryn Bigelow never got it for Director but I'm hoping she wins at the DG awards and that she also gets the oscar.

I just don't understand why awards shows need comedians. The actors and actresses are too self conscious, self important to ever laugh at a joke. It is embarrassing to watch
