There's an accesories only Louis vuitton in the St louis mall "plaza Frontenac" it's the only place for Luxury goods in the area and the mall also has a Neiman Marcus, a saks, and a Tiffany's

If you want to do any serious shopping in this area, you have to shop online or go to chicago
