Though I think Grace had this glow about her that made her so interesting. Her look has never bored me

There was something really "perfect" about the way Grace carried herself and expressed herself simply by her attitude, her demeanor, and her posture. It's like she was born for the sole purpose of carrying the name "grace" through life. I've never really seen anything quite like it. Anna Pavlova, the great Russian ballerina of the 1920s, was a lot like that, and there have been others, but it is a quality that is very, very rare.

Scrolling through this board is amazing. It's like walking through the private museum of one of the rarest and finest human beings in the history of the world.

Beautiful photos as usual! They're coming so fast it's kind of scary, really

On the topic of Grace's style, I think it is memorable not necessarily because it was very unique or revolutionary for its time but how well she wore it (I mean, women had been wearing clothes very similar to Grace's before she had come onto the scene, but as well as Grace did? Probably not) and how consistent it was, she seemed to dress the same for the majority of her life! [Though she did seem to take more risks during her later years as a princess ]

It just seems impossible that someone could dress so nicely for such a long time, and I think that's part of the fascination. Grace probably felt pressure, being royalty, a general public figure and former glam movie star, to make sure she looked good and didn't disappoint as well.

Wow, with all of the comparisons, I can barely believe that Rachel Blanchard hasn't been mentioned. If she was, I must have completely missed it. But she reminds me of Grace quite a lot, especially in photos. She hardly possesses the same elegance that Grace did, but their similarity in looks is really hard to ignore. Especially to me in this photo:

So, am I crazy, or can other people see it too?

Her chin and nose are Grace-esque, but she's wearing so much makeup in that photo that it's rather distracting. I Google Image'd her and can see what you're getting at, though.
