I couldn't believe no one have ever started a thread about this legendary musical,so i wanted to be the one So what do u guys think about the movie?The soundtrack?The players?
I think it is a great musical and i am sure they,especially John Travolta has effected the youngsters at that time...maybe he still does...

Our rival high school is doing this year, and I get to see their rendetion tomorrow. I sorta hope that it's bad, becasue they KILLED our play reception with terrible word-of-mouth, even though the people that saw it said they thought it was pretty good

john travolta in this film was my first crush. i was so in love with him after i saw this! i think it's definitely a classic as far as musicals go. i can't believe that anyone would not like this movie.

my mum was a kid when grease frst came out so she grew up with it as a result so did i .. i love oliva in the fulm .. i think every little girl wants to be just like her

Grease was okay. I mean, if it were released in the present, I don't see it doing too well.

It is so ridiculously cheesy but I love it anyway. Like the scene where Sandy mouths a conversation to the jock during the pep rally? Super cheese but kinda cute. I love Sandy's attempted cartwheel. And Danny's gym shorts when he's trying to play basketball.

That said, it is such a cute musical and I love the songs. My favourites are: Summer Nights, Beauty School Drop Out, Grease Lightning, and You're the One that I Want. (Yes, I know how to do all the motiions to Grease Lighting ;p).
