This is my first post on this thread. I was wondering if you can help me. I have a specific type of bag in mind but I cannot seem to find one similar to it. I'm looking for a larger sized bag in grey (or silverish gray) that has a little slouchiness to it and is made of softer leather.
Is anyone familiar with the brand Kale or owns such a bag? I saw one on sale at Barneys today and kinda liked it but I thought it was a little expensive for such unfamous or unknown brand and don't know if I would want to invest that much.

^^ I was just looking at Kale handbags today online. (first post here too!) Activeendeavors.com has a few on sale right now but not sure if the bag you're looking for is there.

Velony, I don't own a Kale bag but have read a fair bit about it (no, I'm not related to the bag designers ) Hope you find that Kale bag you like on activeendeavors (perhaps it's cheaper there than the one at Barneys) - it will be worth buying, IMHO.

Thanks cloud9 for the monimoni site . I am drooling over the bags and am seriously consider getting one of the bag.

Has anybody owned any of the bags before? According to the customer service , the Splendor bag weighs 2.5lbs..yikes..and they don't accept returns. Isn't that a bit too heavy considering that it is a big bag and definitely will be stuffed to the brim?

I have it, and it doesn't seem like it weighs 2.5 pounds. And one of the websites that sells it (I forget - either label360, monimonigirl or adasa) says it's 1 lb. All in all, I hate heavy bags and it seems like a light one to me.

I thought I would revive this thread. I saw the last two bags at Nordstrom Rack today, and had to give myself a strict talking to, in order not to come home with them. (The images are from Bagborroworsteal.com). The first two images are from e-luxury.com and are on sale, one less than 500, the other a little more. I have really admired the Calvin Klein handbags that have come out in the last year. For a mid to lower priced line they have some nice, well made purses.
