Great Bags Under $500

I love this bag but why does it have to be 480!?

Seriously.. I just bought a bag from H&M that is seriously just like that; it just needs the wrap-around piece. Granted, that makes the piece, but with a little work it's the same bag for $455 less..

those Lolli bags look very allison burnsesque. and allison burns is cheaper... 250 range. cameron carried one of those also.

I got this Prada for about 700$ CDN a few months ago. I believe that still works out to just under 500$ US.

Its amazingly durable. I just wipe it down to keep it clean and its light as a feather to carry.

$700 canadian is a little under $580 us. i find that price completely outlandish for a nylon bag with a tiny bit of leather trim. i'd rather have a lesportsac...

Well thankfully, there's no accounting for taste. As I said, I love the bag. Its durable and I love the way it looks. Its what I call my workhorse and fits the bill nicely. I feel I am getting my money's worth. Also, I generally don't buy all leather bags as I find them entirely too heavy even while they're empty so this is perfect.

My suggestion was just that, perhaps for people who feel the same way I do.

i loved my allison burns when i was cold outside. i wore it like a messanger and found it was really nice to just slip it on over a heavy coat... but as it's getting warmer i need something else. too clingy for the summer.

Not worth it.... IMO... the lining that they JUST added to the bag (they used to be sold unlined) is crap.. it's a very think black material that you can practically see through.

No zipper either.

I dont think it's worth 400+ bucks.

I agree. I just received the bag last week, and although I love the bag- it is NOT worth $400 +!!! The lining is very thin and not having a zipper (just two thin stirps of fabric to close the bag) is not convenient.

IMO, Yes; And and the leather feels softer and more supple.
This is the opinion of a girl who has owned both, and prefers Biasia's bags.
But, I am not a leather expert.
