hmm i'm deciding between the plain black python flap bag and the purple one with velvet GG logo pattern (the one that daria's holding)...what do you guys think?

and basically all of the metallic leather bags in that purple color.

I dont like any of these, apart from the black python and Purple mono, although id go with the Black Python because no one would know straightaway that it was gucci, where as the other is obvious because of the logo. Sometimes its nice when people have to really look and guess who designed a bag. A little mystery is great!

Yeah, I'd most definitly go with the black python, not only is it versatile, it's fairly timeless and, as GucciGirl said, the lack of logos makes it much more glamourous, plus, I love python skin.

I'm not usually a huge fan of Gucci bags but I love that purple one...I can't seem to find that exact one on saks website...how much is it? I know they are running about $1,100-$4,800...but none of those on the site are that exact bag.
