Gucci - The Campaign Archive

I think that it was a genious way to add some drama and much needed creativity to typical "fashion photography".I am all in favor of new and exiting visual imagery .

The G was not the first thing that struck me oddly. What was odd for me was the way the legs are so much tanner than the body... :innocent: Anyhow, about the photo, the ad didn't appear in the US which is a shame I would have loved to see my parent's reaction to this one :P

Correction: It might have came out but I don't think I bought any magazines with that photo in them :(

The first thing that struck me was the shoes!
When my mum saw it she thought it was 'cute and funny'. :P

I think its artistic...

I would never ever put a logo on my thing though...I may love Gucci, but I would never let them advertize on my thing.

One has to wonder...how did they get it to look so perfect?!!!! anyway- did you guys know that Louise Pedersen is the owner of that crotch? She's a pretty cool girl. One of my favorite models. Her face should have been in the add.

Hmm I guess sex really does sell...

I find it trashy personally but then my feminist side takes personal offense to several aspects of the ad and advertising in general...

Once again I am left with my 'fashion' side and feminist side debating...I'll leave that an internal debate I think...

I don't really find the ad degrading to women, actually. Maybe in terms of the whole objectifying aspect, but that's a lot of what modeling and fashion is about anyway. I mean, the man here seems to be bit more...

Looks like he found her "G" spot!

Ok that was bad... but someone had to do it.

I had no idea they re shot the ad!

Not so sure I like it.. I think I prefer the original

Is that Hana?
I've seen the ad before but didn't realise it was her. I prefer the originals too.

the website says it's Hana and so I assume it is :ninja:

The originals, can you remember who the models were? I think they used 2 or 3 models?
