It's so frigging ridiculous you couldn't make it up!

These shots are shockingly suggestive and blatant. It makes the Urban Outfitters shoot look tame.

That is not the only issue raised in the lawsuit, though. This shoot makes their legal arguments about the nature of the other photos completely frivolous.

The worst part of this lawsuit is that by pulling the T-Shirts
you give the Hipsters who already bought it another fashion
irony they can brag about having and you not getting.
