I love hairbows - I wear them every now and then, mainly with ponytails. they instantly add quirk and sweetness to an outfit.

yes I've noticed, just a few and yes I do agree, hairbows can be terribly ingenue. it's definitely all about the attitude. B)

Actually, Kelly really isn't punk. Her style leans towards rockabilly-pinup. Note her usual red lipstick, polka dots, bows in hair, cardigans, pearls, 50's dresses, yeah...because everyone seems to think anyone who has a particular "alternative" style is "punk". B)
