As any Vivanco shooting, it looks cheap, but I love how fierce Joan looks. She really killed it. The second cover is actually gorgeous.

The third cover is absolutely beautiful. I want to like this because Joan looks amazing, but the photoshop is beyond excessive!

Artificial and superficial! Not only did Vivanco go way overboard wit the retouching, but Joan's ANTM modelling makes it even worse. Editorials like these clearly illustrates why Imaan Hammam seems to be growing from strength to strength. There's nobody else to really rival her.

Vivanco is one of those phtographers who haven't yet learned to photograph in a way that makes both the clothes and the model's body language and expression work for the shot. In some of these the clothes look good, but the angles are way off. It's like point, click, click, click, see what sticks.

WTH is that angle in the editorial shot #2 that has squished Joan's face so that only a fraction of the other side is visible (and oddly)? The dress looks great though.
