I really am loving knowing who these clients are and how they wear it. Thanks so much for posting ! Of course most are buying Chanel and it is interesting seeing what different clients respond to. One of my favourites is this Anna Klepikova (never heard of her before until now) and how she is pictured in that haute couture Chanel jacket twice, once with jeans nonetheless ! So casual and it’s like it’s just another piece in her wardrobe so she’s going to get her money’s worth.

Funny how a lot of these pieces don't look very couture when worn by the client. Had you not posted these with the runway look I honestly would have thought very little of them @couturefan. But it is interesting to see how much of a tight nit bubble couture as a business really is. Just really odd how... common so many of these pieces actually look. And not even timeless, but just not very nice looking. Although Nancy Kissinger looks like a cunning vampire villain in that Chanel get up. Kinda into it.

This will never be me though. I can only really dream of being in this environment, but honestly will probably have to stick to my moth-holed, torn lining jewel toned fur trims from the op shop for some time now as my only dose of "couture".
