Heels for Men

Thanks for your positive comment brian. And for the tip on Westwood, I'll look into it.
Thanks to kneehighs for karma (BTW check your tFS-inbox, it seems to be full and won't accept new messages).

Feline I would never urge a woman in heels to walk faster, because I like them too much, so I don't want to discourage her wearing them. But, now when I'm wearing them myself, she won't have to wear them for me, if she doesn't like to. I would find it funny to have a girlfriend that is taller than me, me wearing heels and she flats ...
And to the topic of walking speed: I was always a fast walker and tought that the heels would slow down and relax my walking a bit. But the more I get training in them, I get faster again, more and more reaching my walking speed in flats ... But it took me a years research to find the shoes that really fit my feet and thats the most important thing when wearing heels.

Do you guys think that something like men's heels could look great in the mainstream eye? Like, let's say a guy walks the red carpet at the Oscar show this weekend... and he's wearing somewhere between low and high heels. Do you think people would say "that guy (or whatever "he" is) is a blooming idiot!" Or will they be like "wow! Pretty stylish?"

i pray for the day the skinny jean and cuban heel look is over- london is overrun with them...

Hello and thanks for comments, sorry for not posting for so long, have been busy...
coolheadk, I think your heels look a bit too small for your feet...
Haven't got the chance to try some Louboutins yet, but someday I guess I'll do that.

I think heels may become something like earrings for men. They are wearable for a mainstream male, but only few men actually wear them.

Another picture.

Fornarina lace up ankle boots w. 9.5 cm (3 3/4") stiletto
Closed jeans
esprit jacket

These are my latest favourites. I'll try to post some outfit pics soon.

Keep pushing guys.

Ajott. You are a star in waiting.

Coolheadk, the shoes look borrowed but I admire you for trying. Get some in your size.

Pic source. Ebay.co.uk. But I own them now...

I love androgyny, and breaking the rules of gender. I'm not sexually attracted to heels on men, but I love men with balls. Strut away, Benno!

Intersting, some of those heels are quite thin and ladylike. I still say I like blcok heels best on men.

I agree with modelbehavior on this. I love people who dress "differently" and "break rules" (cliche), but for myself, i doubt i will wear heels. Ballerinas, maybe. Very hard to pull off, IMO..

Um, why do you say that..? First of all, there is no reason for me to try it as i rarely consider it stylish, and secondly, i don't think "pulling off" has something to do with how many times you try it, but how you walk, how you look, how yo combine it, your personality, your hair, etc. Not about "experience" w/ trying different stuff.
