This is so wrong. I think she looked great after the first batch of surgeries but she seriously needs help now. She's like a modern day Barbie (and that's not a good thing). Her body is unproportional now, and she can't move her face or express herself like a normal person.

Looking at those bikini pictures and how bad she photographs now, I feel bad for her. She wanted to look exotic and have a scandinavian beauty which she was never going to achieve. If the results were what she wanted or if she looked fantastic after all these procedures, I'd be all 'good for you!' but she just looks worse. She was pretty before. Maybe she looks better in real life...

Another day, another drama for Heidi Montag.

On Thursday, the Hills star called police after her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, showed up unannounced to speak with her daughter at her Los Angeles home.

"I told my mom a while ago I need space from her," Montag, 23, tells PEOPLE. "And she just showed up at our door unannounced and tried to get in. She was yelling about how I was being held against my will which couldn't be farther from the truth."

Los Angeles police confirm that Egelhoff came to her daughter's home and wanted to speak with her.

"Officers arrived on the scene and advised the mother that since her daughter's an adult, she doesn't have to speak to [the mom] if she doesn't want to," Los Angeles Police Department Sgt. Leffew tells PEOPLE. "The mother said 'fine, no problem' and left. There were no citations or arrests."
