The Samsung Memoir was just officially unveiled at the 2009 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. For those of you who missed the announcement last week, the Memoir is a haptic touch mobile phone that moonlights as a full-featured 8-megapixel camera (or vice versa depending on your priorities).
