If you visit Biarritz in France, you will find this summer's fashion in the local markets, because it has never gone away. I would add the sailor's raincoats, blue canvas inside, yellow rubber outside. Souvenir of so many wet summers!

i'd say that one could consider these sorts of items wardrobe 'staples'...a good investment because you will have them for years...as it's been pointed out...these things don't really go out of style...but sometimes just come to the front of fashion...

I really like those sailor trousers that have a square flap thingy that buttons up into the front of the crotch/abdomen region. I actually have a little navy skirt that has this on it....

I love nautical Its a trend that always seem to reappear, and I'm glad there is a trend other than boho chic, every UK mag seems to be full of nothing but that trend!

i love the nautical style but not all put together. like, i would wear a nautical style top but with jeans or soemthing beacause if the whole outfit is nautical, it looks kinda tacky. my fav nautical/sailor accesory is the white braided rope bracelets and belts. i got my belt at american eagle and it is so cute!
