Nicole's is Prorsum. It was made as a "set" with a scarf and cardigan too, worn on a frontpage of vogue uk in 06 or 05. As it's past season, it would be hard to find, but it wasn't a big hit, and net-a-porter still has it, on sale:

I could not find the real photo so I found one similar and I drew one in photoshop They are actually silver and snakeskin (I do not know for sure if it is SNAKEskin but it is a 'exotic' skin)

The 1st one is the similar one and the second is my bad copy of the real one Instead of all the criss cross straps on the first one it is actually two (I am 99% sure) straight straps.
