Can anyone identify these jeans?

I saw a woman wearing a great pair of jeans yesterday - I tried to read the label but couldn't, and I didn't have the chance to ask her what brand they were...They looked like they were made from really thin material and were REALLY loose and wide legged at the bottom - wider than a bootcut. The design on the pocket was sort of a horse shoe - but not the True Religion horse shoe - more like a modified "W." I spent all day (i'm a looser) looking at shopbop.com, eluxury, etc. trying to see if I could find them - couldn't find them. None of the pockets I've seen look similar - I looked at Citizens of Humanity, 7, Rock & Republic, etc...Help?

Can anyone tell me what season/collection this Burberry dress is from ?

I'm looking for the dress Kate is wearing , I haven't seen it before so I don't know what season/collection it's from. Also , does anyone know where I can find one or if the Burberry design studio might still have one? Besides , don't all designers keep archives of all their creations? Thanks so much for any help.
