I did look for your shirt without success; two sites you might want to check on from time to time are www.anewyorkthing.com and www.fourthehardway.com, where the picture below comes from; same graphic, different colorway. Good luck!

I'm trying to find out where I can purchase this outfit I saw from the Fall 06 Miss Sixty Runway collection.

It's a military type look, and it was modeled by an asian model. The shirt is long sleeved, dark green in color with a black tie. The pants are shorts, dark green in color with butterflies on it.
