hi pt, sorry, i was going to answer it the first time around but i forgot about it. i'm assuming you meant the one in the middle? those are fendi monogrammed sneakers. quote from the caption in surfacemag: "Fendi gives your feet the Midas touch with a checkered logo print and metallic leather trim that might just start a gold rush" hope that helps.

the one at the very top is from Creative Recreation with patent leather Premium Cesarios
the one at the very bottom is YSL's retro tonal Nomades (they look like y3's )
