It's Alice McCall, a major Australian designer. It's from a few seasons ago so your best bet would probably be Ebay.

I know it is such a basic piece, but I have been looking everywhere for a blue oxford shirt like hers to no avail. I've looked at J Crew, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Gap, department stores, and the ones I've found are too stiff. I love the light, loose fit of the one she has on and that it is long enough to tuck into skirts/pants. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would like to spend no more than $150.
