HELP! Tufi Duek dress!

I have no idea if I´m posting this in the right forum, but I really need some help...

I found this dress in an editorial in some magazine, I think it was swedish Elle or something, earlier this year. And I fell in love with it, and this is the dress I want to have when I get married.

I have been googleing and googleing for hours... without any result.
Can someone please help me out?
I need to know where I can find it! Stupid as I am, I haven´t got the magazine left.
