Where can I find this!?

I know it's Balenciaga, and I've seen Mary-Kate carry this around a few times in the past, but where can I get it? It's not on the Balenciaga site, so I was just wondering if anyone has seen any imitations or maybe even the real thing. Thank you!

Oh and I know you can't really .. see the wallet that well in the picture, but there are tiny "pin-sized" studs all over it.
