Hermes Watches

Does anyone have a Medor? I am in love with it! I tried one on with a black strap and silver hardware and it's divine! I wonder if the steel hardware is scratchproof though? It protrudes enough that I'd worry about banging it up....Anyone with experience?

Hi,
It's steel and will scratch. Most scratches can be buffed out with 3000 grit sandpaper. If you get one, get a replacement band at the same time as it will break after a few years and a replacement may be unobtainable.
You are paying a lot for a kind of pedestrian movement. Basically your buying the name. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it won't hold it's value in the same way that Rolex or Omegas do. If it's something you have to have, I'd buy on eBAY-pay with PayPal and confirm authenticity ASAP. If it's fake, PayPal will refund your money and keep the watch.
hope this helps;)
