Hermes Watches

It looks like a watch. Very plain and boring, IMO. It's nice, but I can't imagine paying anywhere near what Hermes will charge for it.

I think it is absolutely gorgeous! But way over my budget at the moment... Are you getting it?

Is it the Kelly2 you are talking about?

I really like the look of the watch, too. But I'm not sure how I'm going to read the time......
Ta-ta, I think that it's in high 1k to low 2k range if my memories are correct. Hermes watches are well piced compared with the bags:lol:

I love all Hermes watches. They become classics, all of them and yes, they are very reasonably priced.

All Hermes watches are gorgeous, they do not date. At all.
Hermes jewellery is amazing (and incredibly expensive, unlike the watches). It is rarely featured anywhere, though.

My sister has been dying for the Hermes Double Tour Clipper watch for as long as I can remember and I want to buy it for her upcoming birthday. Do you think its still a hot watch or a has been? This is the only picture I could find online:

I can get it with tan, red, white, orange, or black straps. Comments, please!

The nicest strap is the one featured in the photo!

Yes, your worries are warranted ;) I have a watch with a very similar rectangular face, though it does have little squares at 3 and 9. There are certain times of day that it's hard to distinguish the hour ... I guess I've gotten better at reading it with practice.

I agree about the pricing ... I hadn't seen this watch before, but have seen others that were priced reasonably for a luxury watch.

how much do Hermès watches cost (roughly)?
In particular, the Double Tour one that you just posted.
I liikeee~ :)

Hermes mens double tour watch?

I was flipping through a NY magazine a few weeks ago and saw someonw with a hermes double tour (?) watch (it's got a round face and a double strap). I haven't seen a watch like that before and thought it was pretty cool looking.

Does anyone know anything about this (or these) watches? And what do people think? Cool? Not cool?

BTW, I'm a hetero youngish (is 29 young???) professional male (doctor)

It's quite a lovely watch, but most of its charm is in the strap and leather isn't at all practical in a medical environment. If you're the sort to swap out watches, though, then it would be perfect for casual wear! Why not visit the Sydney store to see about AU pricing and getting it in?

I like it but it's not my favourite Hermès watch. Double Tour is the name of the strap design, not the watch itself. I'm not sure what that watch is called (looks like it could be Clipper/Nomade). I've only ever seen that strap on the Cape Cod for men. It's a nice watch, but if it's the design of the strap you're after and not the fact it's a Hermès watch, you could probably find similar for less. If not I think it's a cool watch.

I do have a double strap hermes watch for ladies, but its orange in colour with a long rectangular face shaped H. Love it!

GET THAT WATCH.

I saw it on a man and it is striking in the subtle way, like all Hermes.

I think Hermes watches are classic, does anyone here have the Cape Cod?
