High Cheekbones?

I personally find very pronounced cheekbones extremely attractive

Me too. I have "high" cheekbones, but not pronounced... I have chipmunk cheeks... I love them, though

Mischa Barton has very high cheekbones..Although there is a ton of lighting & makeup involved you can still see from even candid pics she has high cheekbones

--Kind of a scary pic lol..but you get the point

Great cheekbones=very pretty. I have fairly pronounced/high cheekbones. But no, nothing like that photo of Mischa.

I think i could say i have pretty high cheekbones because in the light, i can see them come out a little at the top, they dont really show though, esp since after i got my braces on, the cheeks are a little chubbier

^yer..my mum noticed that mine weren't as pronounced as usual and I've got my braces on...stupid braces:lol:

thanks for all the reply's guys:flower:

Does anyone know when you can start to develop cheekbones?????
Im only 16 but my mum has brilliant cheekbones and im hoping i might have inherited them.

I have none at all... i can feel that they are very flat if that makes any sense.

I'll never have cheekbones like I'd REALLY like to have. That's when blush + bronzer comes in handy. ;)

I have high cheekbones but they're not pronounced at all. And I don't know of losing weight is going to make them more pronounced because ever since I started losing weight (I lost about 30 lbs so far), my mom told my face has been getting flatter. :D

It's like yeah, thanks a lot mom. :yuk:

Adriana Lima, for example, has barely noticable cheebones and still she's gorgeous. I can't imagine her with strong cheekbones - she'd be kind of kitschy, no? ^_^

I would think she would look a bit like bianca balti, no?
re: Erin, thank god for bronzer!! :)

I have high ones, kinda small though. They didn't show until I lost facial baby fat around 18 years old. I think an easy way to tell if you have some is by facial shape?

When i smile i have high cheekbones but witout makeup on they look pretty low..but what i do to give the affect of high cheekbones is i suck in the sides of me cheeks ya knw what i mean like u impersonating a goldfish and then u hav like those hollow bits well i swipe a bit of blusher jus were that hollow is it works so good...gives ya really prominent cheekbones jus dont pile it on too much

XNikkix

don't the bones depend on your face shape? like square face shapes almost always have defined chkbones, while round shapes almost never do. what shape would u call gisele?

i read keira kn. was voted as having best chkbones, but i don't see any bone definition with her...misha's are far more pronounced.

^isn't that the case with most people?
you don't see to many people who aren't really thin with major bones.

I get told quite a bit that I have amazing cheekbones. But I didn't really even notice I had much of any cheekbones until about a year ago when I was 18. I guess it took awhile for my full facial features to come out.

I notice that you can have strong cheekbone definition but it not be apparent if your face shape is long.

big cheekbones are more common than people give credit to. it's just the face shape that makes them seem more hidden.

I can't see my cheek bones. I have chickmunk cheeks :yuk:. I would like to have more definition but what can i do about it? :innocent:

I agree - I have a square face and high cheekbones. I think what makes them stand out is that the skin is stretched taut from the top of the cheekbone straight downwards to the jaw if that makes sense. People without strong jawlines dont' have the same expanse of cheek to play up the shadows.
