I can't really decide if I like the outfit or not..
She looks really good, but I don't like her jacket! The rest of the outfit is okay. Her pants are nice and I love her shoes!!
She always wear a hat, but it works for her!
I get a Mary-Kate Olsen feeling when I see that scarf! Anyone remember her blue scarf like that? I remember wanting it so bad!!

AOL Music has also confirmed the name of the new Hilary Duff's record: 4Ever Hilary.
Please note that this might be a mix up/ rumor because Hilary released an international CD in Italy with her Hits a while ago so we are not sure.

Hilary Duff's Dog Annoyed By Her New Cat

According to Pop Dirt: Hilary Duff's chihuahua Lola checked in on her blog on Wednesday (October 4). "We've been relaxing because Hilary is on vacation," the dog "writes". "She has been taking me on walks and runs in the morning. I am having so much fun. Our new cat Gloomy has been getting on my nerves. He actually catches flies and eats them. Eewwww! School has started, which means there is a lot more traffic on the road, so make sure you are careful with your pets going into the street. I just heard we might be going to New York to see Haylie! I am getting used to flying and I get to see Bentley and Coco. I gotta go."

^ Yeah when I think of a young Hilary Duff, I picture a Lizzie McGuire-esque bottle with sequins and sparkle. She is definitely maturing (and I am sure she didn't choose the bottle all by herself).

I really hope that her new album isn't called 4ever Hilary. I am already mortified enough that I have Hilary's songs on my iPod. Having an album with that title might make me serious doubt my cool factor.

According to Standart News, Hilary will be starring in a new action thriller alongside John Cusack. Its will be shot in Europe, the film is called ''War Inc''

These days, the Boyana Film Studios will be turned into a setting of a desert because of the shots of John Cusack's new film War Inc. The Hollywood star arrives in Sofia for the shots of the action. The plot tells of a rebellion in a desert country named Turagistan.

Cusack plays the part of a bravo, but things get into a pretty mess when he falls in love with a sexy young reporter. The role of the girl is performed by Hilary Duff - the most famous teenager in the world.

Four movies will be filmed at the Boyana Film Studios in 2007. It is expected that stars Scarlett Johansson and Morgan Freeman will take part in them.

First of all, her hair does look adorable there...it is slightly Heidi-esque (I mean the storybook character, not Klum. LOL), but it still looks cute. I love how she doesn't fake tan. Because of people like her, I have embraced my fairness to its fullest!

I am THRILLED (no pun intended) that she will be in a thriller movie. She needs to step away...make that run away...from those cutesy roles and branch out if she ever wants to have a serious career in film. Way to go, Hilary!
