Hilary Duff made a run for the border, crossing into Canada for an appearance on Much Music to promote her fifth album, Dignity. "It is a dance record, but I wanted it to be serious. I wanted to talk about serious things, but do it in a not-so-serious way, with music that makes you want to get up and dance," the mini-mogul—who is also serious about acting and designing clothes for her signature line—told the Toronto Star.

I can understand the desire to move to a lighter color for summer, etc. it's not such a big deal if you have the money to get a good color and maintain it. I'm excited to see her back in blonde. I'm sure it'll look great.
