Hilary Duff isn’t pregnant. She’s not in jail or rehab. By all accounts she’s fairly normal. Though we don’t quite get the warm boots in 90 degree weather.
The Duffster was seen leaving a restaurant in the San Fernando Valley on Thursday.
She needs to start a feud.
