I think that in Hollywood, we are used to seeing girls be sexy at a younger age (i.e. Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears), but most real girls grow into their sexuality through time. Stars like Mandy Moore, MK and Ashley Olsen, and certainly Hillary Duff fall into that category, IMO. I think Hilary looks beautiful and is just slowly discovering that sexual part of herself.
