September 13 outfit is the best for a long while.
That shawl looks cozy and she looks good in those leggings. I think lindsay lohan has same shoes.
Why she has to wear those tacky and so very ´´lizzie mcguire´´ stuff... I know that´s her style but she could do so much better, like when she was with Joel.
