I have lots like that from Topshop and H&M...if you're british.

I think she looks a lot more mature recently, and has grwon into her looks. Maybe she's just lost all of her puppy fat. I have loads of friends who fill out in highschool, then hit 18 or 17, and all of a sudden it all drops off. I think she looks wonderful.
