Theres a LOT there though..a bow in the hair, huge hoops, bracelets, clutch, tons of necklaces...i dont know..seems like it could have been overdone, but for some reason hilary barely pulls it off

I think it is the hair around her face. It reminds me of my grandmas. It's that the fact that her hair is parted in the middle and that she curled her bangs.

i agree. it's like humidity got to her (and Haylie's) hair. looks like mine on a rainy day!

and her makeup ..it just looks like too much. the eyes and the lip's color. this event was during the day right? if it was i would have chosen something more simple
