Kicking off her week with some caffeinated goodness, Hilary Duff was spotted at a Starbucks coffeehouse in Studio City, California today (August 22).

The preggers singer/actress donned a loose-fitting sweater and black trousers along with a pair of stiletto boots as she strolled back to her car while also hitting up her regular Pilates workout session.
