yeah I agree, they've set it up for a very introspective House next season, what with the scene on the bus with Amber where he admitted he was in pain and now with her gone and Wilson's obvious hurt over it, it will propel him more. I agree with people who said that House needs a woman he can respect and who challenges him which is why I think they alluded to him being attacted to Amber.
I thought I read/heard somewhere that they were going to develop the Mira Sorvino thing though, which would be excellent, because I agree they had great chemistry.
I don't think it's fair to entirely blame House for Amber's death though I mean, it's one of those things that is a 'perfect storm' of events. He could have called and Wilson could have answered, he didn't know/remember that Wilson was working that night. And Amber would have lived if she hadn't taken those flu pills, so if she wasn't coming down with the flu, she would still be alive so.....of course she would also be alive if House had never called but....
