Hey Kim. I think Toys R Us had a deal like that. check it out!

I haven't even started

When I was in San Francisco over the thanksgiving break I did some pre-shopping though...went to Saks and looked at items I might be interested in purchasing once they go on sale when I hit up NYC...saw some stuff I liked:

White button down shirt with prints of weird numbers and snakes - Yohji Yamamoto ($620 though! Wow it's still too expensive I think)
V-neck sweater with fabric patterns sewn on (very hard to describe it) - JW CdG Man
Distressed burgundy crew neck sweater - Dior Homme

the selection there wasn't too great so I didn't see that much stuff that stood out...

we don't celebrate christmas. although my husband is the best present i ever got.

I'm proud of myself....I finish my stocking stuffer things yesterday.

Got whole bunch of different lotions, bath fizzles, body wash, etc for the girls. I just got some tulle, bundled it up and tied up with some pretty ribbon. Viola!...

Guys- I'm planning to get chocolates.

As for presents-

Peer counceling we did a secret santa- the person loves Starbucks so I got em a Starbucks card and made them a card with a peremedics theme since they are a ambulance cadet explorer.

For my best friend Justin- I had something already, but changed my mind...now its a custom Vans Slip-on and a Dries Van Noten shirt.

Bought Tempest's gift- cant post he might read. :innocent:

I dont know what to get my mom!...She's hard...what do you get someone who has everything, you dont know what they want, and you dont know what they like...my moms unpredictable..

Well I went got my youngest sister 2 Free People sweaters yesterday at Bloomies. My oldest sis wants a David Yurman bracelet, but its sooo overpriced for silver?????? WTF......I'll find something comparable for much less and of the same if not better quality/design....
My mom wants me to overhaul her closet....so I've gotta hit dept store sales for her, she lost a good deal of weight....my dad will get something from Sears....anything...lol

As for the wife and kids.....haven't started yet.....

theory, you still have 3 weeks for that. do you have ideas already what you want them to get?

The kids I am not so worried about (they are young, not yet school-age).
It's my wife really that is troubling me. I feel so bored (maybe not the right word) by giving her clothes for Xmas. It's my strength, it's our love....but its what we always do year round...giving her a jacket/dress/purse is something that is done throughout the year....I just don't know. I popped into Restoration Hardware the other day for some ideas and everything there was so kinda cookie cutter...forced......she hates anything remotely technological so digital cams, IPODs, personal DVDs are all out..no diamonds due to the diamond trade..I'm totally lost...

How about a nice book about her favorite designer? The recent Dries van Noten book is amazing and it's pretty expensive ($118).

Those inflatable things are all around my neighborhood back home. I call them lazy people decorations. Anyone can plug that stupid thing in and call it a holiday... my mom and dad and I decorated our house very little.. but it took a bit more effort that one plug.
