Oh well. I guess I'll see a doctor.
Lately, about 4-5 litres a day. I don't know exactly why and I'm pretty sure it's not healthy but I can't help it - I'm always thirsty. I feel like a jellyfish right now.
^ What about if you drink out of a measured container ? doesn't that help? I know when I'm trying to be aware of how much water i drink i just make sure to use a bottle or container that's labeled.. e.g. just fill up a 500ml water bottle and then know that you need to fill it up x amount of times for the day.. let's say 2, 3, 4 times.. however many litres you want to drink. I find that a pretty easy way to monitor it.
Dentist? Does it have something to do with teeth?mmm depends mostly on how much coffee and/or alcohol i've drunk that day but on school days, usually around 2 L? just for the sake of keeping the skin clear, and the dentist away
