There's a different between not dressing your age (which is perfectly fine) and dressing "$lutty". Dressing "$lutty" and being 18+ doesn't make it appropriate!
My parents like to give me crap for not dressing my age. So I ask them what they consider decent dressing for my age. They always point to people who wear very beachy-hollistery-bright-and-happy-surferish outfits. There is no way I'd dress that way. No way. I like to drape myself in dark colors and office lady outfits.
