i-D Summer 2012

It would have been great if it were excuted in the proper way. I feel like they wanted to feature every living flower on the cover instead of giving protagonism to Raf... I don't like the idea of 8 covers, but at least there is more than this. I just wish they would control their enthusiasm with multiple covers and reduce it to a reasonable number like 3.

How dramatic! And a refreshing way to display Raf. I'm all eager to see what the content is going to be like.

love the cover and i love the use of the flowers....gives it that sombre sense of drama which i think kind of works in general with raf. i have to say when i first heard,i thought it was going to be another curated issue to mark his arrival at dior but alas....

as for the 8 issues issue....honestly i can understand the gimmick in multiple covers at this juncture. print publications are still struggling against this digital craze and print mags need something to keep people invested and purchasing. people really aren't buying magazines as much as they were even 5 years ago.

I really love the picture used as cover but I hate the color used on the logo, it's totally disgusting.

I like the cover! Can't wait to read de article and see the contents.
(And I agree, 8 covers is way too much.)

Quite like this, but I hope at least 2 of the remaining covers will be better than this.
I wonder if the other covers are Raf influenced as well?

COOL

I like that i-D is continuing to experiment with their covers, and this is an interesting way to show Raf off...
especially after his last Jil Sander collection was so delicate and romantic
the black & white flowers are kind of like... that whole thing is dead and gone, let's move on... if that makes sense
It does, i saw it like that as well, fantastic cover.

^ He is indeed kind of emerging out of the flowers into a new phase.

The shape of Julia's belly looks a bit... weird.

Raf's cover is nice, though I do agree that the pop of green is a bit of the blue. Liking Julia's cover, however.

Julia's cover is nice, the best one so far. She looks well and the styling is good.

Julia's Editorial is styled by Carine.

Julia is also wearing Alexander McQueen Spring Summer 2012.

^I agree.
The flowers and the rugged look really don't match. It just looks like bad editing

I love Raf, so this cover is great, I'm happy to see him work with Willy.

Although with 8 covers, I hope I get a good cover.

Same here, I'm always so "stressed" about which cover I'll get and everytime it's the one I REALLY DON'T WANT :(. This time i'm praying for it to be Rafs

Julia`s cover is the typical Sorrenti & Carine tandemn. Not jumping
