apparently she's a true diva, except really nice.. when she works she brings her own personal hair and make-up people! i forgot their names though..
LOL she probably does that because she believes that the makeup industry doesn't properly car for Black women's ethnic features. That's part of the reason she started her makeup line for women of color.
Here's a thought, does Iman cosmetics produce ads that go in fashion magazines? I don't believe I've seen her ads.

Oh! Who has scans from the Vanity Fair Oct. issue? She was in it!
She was also in last month's Vogue with Liya! Nooo! They sent my issue home instead of to my dorm!

I saw Iman on Tavis Smiley last night! 
She was talking about her line and its advantages in contrast to other makeup lines, and she spoke about how she didn't want a celebrity in a campaign for Iman Cosmetics. She was like, "People say I'm the celebrity, but no, I want my company's reputation to speak for itself."
She's 50 and very articulate, by the way, and looked wonderful.

I missed that! BTW she is a very bright lady, one of the smartest models especially(she had a nice background, went to college and reads alot,etc) and women in the business that I know of.
