are you working on something special ?

but you actually raise a good question: why have ALL scans hosted by image shack disappeared ? so many things we've been working on (ie scanned) has gone to a black hole ? does the internet time machine (web archive or something) can help in this case ?
EDIT: web archive doesn't help at all ... image shack really has erased all images ? W T F ?
~ that was really nice to see tFS back in the days, though ...... good memories of this period .....


ps: i'm really curious about tFS future in this regard (scans, images etc.) ... have you read this new "threat" on our heads with the legal/copyrights issues ?

I've not read this threat only after you mentioned here, that's really....
I'm so worrying abt the future, is that mean all magazine scans cannot be posted on tFS? Like Vogue,Numero,etc? How about the pics from digital version? Maybe we should talk about this in that thread legal/copyrights issues ?

well I guess this is not really a big deal, yet (i'm so much more dramatic when i'm about to go to bed ... damn!). and that they posted that for legal reasons.
we can post images and articles, but now if someone wants to sue us (tFS-ers posting scans, digital stuff etc.), one can do it, too.

i remember at one point when art+commerce and meisel's representatives asked us to stop posting meisel archives ... it was some years ago, now ... but it happened already once. so .... who knows what the future holds for us, here.

yes I remember that art+commerce issue, and also,only if the photographer, his agents/manager/photo agency or the magazines put big warnings on any of their materials, how many people actually know whether or they can post those pictures/articles? How about so many blog posters? who knows...

God, the gloom and scaremongering in this thread. They'll have to strike Pinterest first before they can get to us. I always try (90%) to get written permission before I post articles. I once tried to post some pics from WSJ, requested, and they responded with a subscription offer. I've since vowed never to post any material of theirs. I mean, if a Tfs-er knowingly post forbidden material, I cannot sympathise when they're hit with a solicitor's letter. Pictures I post from the main source, via twitter. That should do, surely?

You have to pay in order to host on imageshack now. I think there was a disclaimer at some point that if you didn´t start a paying account your images would be deleted. I think this might be the case, images hosted there have been deleted not only from this forum but from other blogs as well.

I´m looking for good quality images from this editorial, anyone has any?
