Numéro 45 July 2003 Julia Stegner.
The second is Sasha Pivovarova in Italian Vogue I think. Not shot by Meisel.

I have some more pictures of Julia's editorial but I don't think I have the complete one and I know there are good quality scans of Sasha's editorial somewhere.
