I checked my Kylie Bax stuff and I have editorials looking kinda similar from Italian and US Vogue, but from September 1996...and this supplement cover is from July...so there might be a different editorial from July for Italian Vogue...

Hi, I've just got a question:
Is Cindy Crawford actually the cover model of the Vogue Italia February 1989 issue?

Coz I believe that it is Linda Evangelista by Steven Meisel on the February issue (the no.466 issue), followed by Dana Patrick on the march issue (the no.467 issue). So there was nowhere in between that could make another February cover.

And it's the same thing with the year 1990. Apparently I saw two Linda's covers for February, one marked issue#476, and the other #477. But then again, strangely there came another #477 of Claudia Schiffer's cover for the March issue.

So I am wondering what was going on then? thx in advance.

I am experiencing the same drama as you...I know that Linda is on the cover of February Italian Vogue 1989(god, i am still desperatelly looking for that issue) and I fund out there is another issue for February with Cindy on the cover, which must be some sort of supplement...Italian Vogue often had supplements in strange months...
