It's indeed that shot. It's from US Vogue. Helmut newton mentions in his book Pages From the Glossies that he managed to persuade Anna Wintour to publish a naked breast in US Vogue with this picture.

it's always nice to see lara stone by mert and marcus. this ed has a bit of steven klein, imo. like marion in vogue paris, but not exactly in the same way of course... i'm not a big fan of klein but i like 'kleinish' mert and marcus.
